Our shipping services are performed by an external Logistics company and include handling and packing and shipment for delivery to your address. In some cases the shipping fees on your order may be waived for promotional and customer reward purposes on the website. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. An email will be sent to you when order is shipped and a link to track your package online. If you don’t receive an email with shipping status information after two business days of placing order, you can contact support by emailing email@example.com to get status.
Return and Refund Policy
All products sold here come with a 5-day, money-back guarantee based on the shipping delivery date.
We provide this service to demonstrate that we believe in the quality of the products, if you feel the product’s quality did not meet your expectations, please contact us within the first 5 days to request a refund. Please respond to the prior shipment notification email you received for the order or send new email to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include reason for request and to get authorization. We do require you ship us back the product you don’t want, we do not pay for return shipping charges. Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund to your card.
If any products arrive damaged, broken, or defective, or an item is missing from the order, then please contact us within the same 5 days period after receiving the shipment, ensure to include order number, brief description of the problem and photo of damage if possible. We will respond to you and assist in getting a replacement product shipped out to you asap and arranging for you to send the damaged/defective product back to us with a pre-paid shipping label. All products in excess of 5 days delivery date are considered final sale and no longer eligible for return.
